Antalya has an easy and well-organized infrastucture. The city can be reached by airway and roadway from all cities in the country. Also can be reached directly sea and airlines.

PASSPORTS & VISAS
A valid passport is required for entry to Turkey. Citizens of a country which requires a visa for entry to Turkey are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least one month before the intended date of travel. ELECTRICITY
The current electiricty in Turkey is 220 volts 50 Hz.

COMMUNICATION
If your mobile phone does support such feature, your mobile phone shall automatically select the GSM operator. Public telephones operate with tokens or cards, sold at post offices or some booths. Through some of the public phones, there is access to AT&T and some other telecommunication networks - please check with your operator for the latest information. Fax messages can be sent from major post offices, or from the hotel.

CREDITING
The Congress will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association and European Accreditation Council for Continuning Medical Educations (EACCME).

CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The offical language of the 9th BANTAO Congress is english. English- Turkish simoultaneous translation will be provided during the 9th BANTAO Congress in Hall 2 and 3.

PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
Participation Certificate will be granted to all participants registered for the course and congress.

INVITATION LETTER
If requested, and invitation letter will be sent to all participants registered for the congress. Such letters are intented for assisting the participants to get the necessary permit from his/her institution.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MEETING ROOM
There will be slide projector, PC, DVD player and standard technical equipments and sound system in each meeting room. Please inform Figur Congress Organization Services in advance if you request equipments other then these.

CONGRESS AWARDS
In order to encourage investigators, incentive awards will be given by The Turkish Society of Nephrology and various institutions for the studies submitted to the Congress and nominated by the selection committee.
